Bid 1:  Sealed proposals to furnish Dewatering Polymer to the City's  Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders should contact Carman McDowell by April 16, 2013 at 276-656-5176 to schedule trial dates. All trials must be completed by May 23, 2013. Proposals are due until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013.

Bid 2:   Sealed bids to contract with vendors to visit the City Jail & City Annex on a bi-weekly basis and take orders, furnish and deliver Food as per bid specifications. Bids are due Friday, June 7, 2013.

Bid 3:  Sealed proposals to furnish the necessary labor and equipment for Tree Trimming of the Right-of-way for the City's Electric Distribution System. Proposals are due 6/13/13 by 3:00 p.m.

Addendum #1 - add Flat Bed Bucket Truck to page 11 for equipment rate per crew hour.   

Bid 4: Sealed bids to furnish Bulk Chemicals for the Wastewater and Water Plants for the period July 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2014. Bids are due Tuesday, June 11, 2013.   

Bid 5:  Sealed bids for Spring Paving of City streets. Bids are due Wednesday, May 22, 2013. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the Central Warehouse on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.  

Bid 6: Sealed bids for E-1 Equipment for the Fire Department. Bids are due Thursday, June 6th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
