Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Martinsville Warehouse. You must attend to submit a bid.
