Bid 1:

Due to budget restraints, the City will delay the painting of the Lime Solo at the Waste Water Treatment Plant until after July 1, 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. For more information contact the Purchasing Department at 276-403-5354. 

Bid 2:

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016, by the City of Martinsville Public Works Department to contract with a firm to provide Parking Lot Improvements (Paving) at the Central Warehouse/Garage Complex, located at 990 Fishel Street, Martinsville. Work consists of placing approx. 530 tons of IM-19.0 overlay, as per bid specifications. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the Central Warehouse/Garage Complex.

Bid 3:

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016,  by the City of Martinsville, Virginia, to contract with vendors to visit the City Jail and City Annex on a bi-weekly basis and take orders, furnish and deliver Food items as requested, as per bid specifications. Prices must be firm for a six month period.

Bid 4:

Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, by the City of Martinsville to contract with a firm to complete Renovations at the Martinsville/Henry County Health Department, located at 295 W Commonwealth Blvd in Martinsville. Work consists of lowering counter tops, replacing cabinets and counter tops, and lowering the header, as per bid specifications.  Project must be completed and invoiced by June 15, 2016. Contractors can work nights and weekends to get the project completed.

Bid 5:

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016, by the City of Martinsville Water Resources Department to contract with a firm for the replacement of the existing Jet Truck Body, as per proposal specifications.
