1.   Sealed Proposal to contract with a vendor/s to provide Telecommunications Systems Maintenance, Service and Equipment for a Meridian Option 61/CS1000 PBX System, BCM, IP Office and Call Pilot for a minimum of 3 years. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 9th at 9:00 a.m. at the Central Warehouse, 300 Fishel Street, in Martinsville. Contact Mike Scaffidi at 276-252-2949 for directions. Proposals are due Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

2.  Sealed bids to supply food items to the City Jail and Annex. Vendors must be willing to visit the Jail and Annex on a bi-weekly basis, take orders and deliver food items as requested. Prices must be firm for a 6 month period. Bids will be received on Thursday, June 7, 2012, no later than 2:00 p.m. There is no bid opening.

3. Sealed bids to supply Road De-Icing Salt to the City for the period July 1, 2012 thru June 30, 2013.  Sealed bid due Wednesday, May 30th, 2012 @ 2:00PM
