Bid 1: Sealed bid to furnish Food Items to the Martinsville City Jail and City Annex, both fresh and frozen, and various other products, as per bid specifications. Vendor must be willing to visit each location weekly, take orders and deliver the items to the locations. Bids will be received until  2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.

Bid 2: Sealed bid to contract with a firm to furnish 5 each 75KVA Conventional Pole Mount Transformers.

Bid 3: Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015, by the City of Martinsville to contract with a firm for Electric Substation Equipment Maintenance.  The substation equipment maintenance is conducted once every 3 years during the fall when system load is at a minimum. The contract term will be approximately 4 to 6 weeks and all work is to be completed by the first week of December, 2015.Vendor to furnish all material, labor and equipment to perform inspections tests, adjustments, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment owned by the City, as per following attached bid specifications. Job sites are the seven Substations and Hydroelectric Plant, as mentioned in the specifications
