02/03/16 Due to budget restraints, the City will delay the painting of the Lime Solo at the Waste Water Treatment Plant until after July 1, 2016. As of June 2, 2017, the Purchasing Department has not been given a date to rebid this project. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiations for a qualified firm(s) to provide a complete Windows based, or approved equal, SCADA Master Station Upgrade, including hardware and software, along with eight (8) Remote Terminal Unit Upgrades and related professional services to the City of Martinsville. The City of Martinsville may award multiple contracts as a result of this RFP. The City may give preference to a Window based system.
