NOTIFICATIONS:

02/03/16 Due to budget restraints, the City will delay the painting of the Lime Solo at the Waste Water Treatment Plant until after July 1, 2016. As of March 1, 2017, the Purchasing Department has not been given a date to rebid this project. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. BID 1:

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017, by the City of Martinsville, Va. to contract with a firm/s for the purchase of a Latex Printer & Cutter Solution/Combo, and Laminator. Proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Manager, Karen Mays, Central Warehouse, 990 Fishel Street, Martinsville, Va. 24112-3248.

BID 2:

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017, by the City of Martinsville Water Resources Department to contract with a firm for the purchase of one (1) each Non-Clog Diesel Portable 6" Self-Priming Trash Pump, as per bid specifications.

BID 3:

The City of Martinsville, Virginia is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering team to provide a Historic Structure Report for the former Paradise Inn, located in Martinsville, Virginia. Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017. 

Addendum #1: 

Question: What is the estimated timeline to complete the work?

Answer:  The completed document would be needed by February 1, 2018.
