The City of Martinsville has been working with City Council, the Planning Commission, stakeholders, organizations, business leaders, property owners, merchants and interested parties to achieve a community-driven plan for the central business district (Uptown).

The plan is available for viewing purposes from this website on the "Community Development" page under the "Services" tab.  Please find the plan and another PDF of the graphics under the Uptown Master Planning heading.
