Local Historic Districts recommended by ARB & Staff to PC

The City of Martinsville's Community Development Department through the recommendation of the Architectural Review Board of the City of Martinsville is proposing that the federally/state recognized Martinsville Historic District, East Church Street/Starling Avenue Historic District and Fayette Street Historic Districts also be designated as Martinsville's Local Historic Districts.
