Newly Adopted Ordinances

Martinsville City Council adopted an ordinance in October 2009 to address concerns expressed by citizens over pet waste problems in public areas.  The ordinance applies to city owned property and rights of way as specified in the ordinance, which can be viewed in full by clicking here.
