Bulk Trash Collection Program
The City of Martinsville Bulk Trash Collection Program provides for the residential collection of large items that typically cannot be picked up during regular waste collection.

Fleet Maintenance
Martinsville’s Fleet Maintenance garage maintains and repairs over 350 vehicles and equipment to serve the citizens, businesses, and industries of the City.

Solid Waste Disposal
Martinsville contracts with First Piedmont Corporation to dispose of municipal waste using a transfer station on the site of the old City landfill.

Street Maintenance
Martinsville's Public Works Street Maintenance Department constructs, maintains, cleans, repairs, replaces and marks all City streets, traffic signals, signs, intersections and sidewalks.
