Public Input Meeting with Community Consultants of Darden

Public input meeting regarding current financing conditions in Martinsville.
The City of Martinsville has partnered with a consultant team from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business on a project to assess the state of affordable financing options for its citizens and businesses. The UVA team wishes to hear directly from the public regarding the impact that access (or lack thereof) to affordable financing options has made on their investment and purchasing decisions.
The desired outcome of this project is to recommend options that the city and its organizational partners can pursue to expand financial access and boost economic activity in Martinsville. The team hopes to present the results of this project at a city council meeting in April.
