To arrange a tap for a new water or sewer connection, please visit one of the following locations:

Applications for new service connections will be completed through the Water Resources Department. After the connection charges are paid to the Treasurer's Office (Room 104), a separate service agreement must be completed in the Utility Billing Office (Room 103) before services can be turned on.
TURN ON, TURN OFF, OR TRANSFER EXISTING SERVICES
The Utility Billing Office handles changes involving existing services. It can be contacted by calling 276-403-5146. Monthly charges are calculated according to the Schedule of Water and Sewer Service Rates, which was adopted and periodically revised by the City Council.
