The City of Martinsville is undertaking the Commonwealth Waterline Extension, a vital infrastructure project aimed at supporting the city's growth and development. This initiative involves the installation of approximately 2,850 linear feet of new 8-inch waterline along Commonwealth Boulevard West, extending to Memorial Boulevard. The extension will provide water service to undeveloped properties on the south side of Commonwealth Boulevard, specifically around 12 lots.
