Overview
Responsible for coordinating funding for services to at-risk youth and their families. Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 8:30 am at the Henry-Martinsville Department of Social Services in the Board Room. The City of Martinsville is the fiscal agent. Members are appointed by the governing body/bodies of the participating localities to represent the agencies involved with at-risk youth, except for the parent representative and private provider.
