Overview
The responsibilities of the Board are to develop and approve all program levels and operating policies to oversee and be responsible for the operation of the program, to hire/terminate the Executive Director, and to develop a budget for each year. The purpose of the program is a local court services program that shall strive to use community and state services to reduce the problem of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, in an effort to improve transportation safety both locally and statewide. Regular meetings are held each quarter (March, June, September, December) and as determined by the members of the Board.
